Based on the provisions of Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), this Privacy Policy only concerns CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. customers and users of our online services, i.e. visitors to our website. CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. endeavors to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of your personal data as a data subject when using our services. In this regard, this policy sets out both the way in which your personal data will be processed, the rights you have as a data subject and how they will be protected. CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. aligns itself with the provisions of Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and through this General Privacy Policy we will highlight some important aspects.
1. Purpose of use of personal data as data subject
By providing your personal data, as the data subject, you express your express and unequivocal consent to CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. to use the collected data for the following purposes:

For the recruitment process when you apply online for one of the open positions, in which case we will need your name, landline/mobile phone number, e-mail address. Job application/recruitment. When you apply for a job within CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. your personal data will be processed and controlled by CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. and will be used solely for the purpose of recruitment (interview, communications that are related to the recruitment process). Personal data that is used in the recruitment process will not be stored for a period of time longer than necessary for the recruitment and will not be disclosed to third parties. Your data collected for the purposes listed above will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. 1 (one) year or as long as required by law, after which personal data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a mandatory legal provision to keep them.
2. Your rights as data subject
Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) confers several rights to the persons whose personal data is processed. For as long as your personal data is kept by CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L., you as the data subject have the following rights:
The right of access means that you have the right to obtain a confirmation from us whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you and, if so, access to that data and information on how the data is processed.
The right to data portability refers to the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to have these data transmitted directly to another controller, if technically feasible.
The right to object concerns the right to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or when it serves a legitimate interest of the controller. Where the processing of personal data is for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing at any time.
The right of rectification relates to the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data. The rectification will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
The right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) means that you have the right to request that we erase your personal data, without undue delay, if one of the following grounds applies: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; you object to the processing and there are no legitimate prevailing reasons; personal data have been processed unlawfully; personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation; personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
The right to restriction of processing may be exercised if the data subject contests the accuracy of the data, for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of the personal data, requesting restriction instead; if CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the data subject requests them in order to establish, exercise or defend a right in court; where the data subject has objected to the processing for the period of time during which it is ascertained whether the legitimate rights of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.

In addition, as of May 25, 2018, if you have any complaints or questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Officer at office@dataprotectionsecurity.ro. Complaints regarding the processing of personal data may be addressed to the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.
3. Data transfer
CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. will not transfer, sell or exchange your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your data security
CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. has taken technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection and security in the operations carried out on personal data by limiting unauthorized access, or against loss or unauthorized manipulation of data. Furthermore, in line with the evolution of information technology, we continuously strive to adapt our security measures.
5. Use of personal data
We will use personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected. We will keep this information for the period specified in art. 1 above. The access to personal data is strictly limited to CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. personnel.
6. Accountability
CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. is responsible for compliance with the GDPR as well as the principles set out in this Policy. CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. will maintain under its responsibility a register in which it will keep a record of the processing of personal data and the purpose for which it has been collected and where necessary will make the information available to supervisory authorities.

7. Processing security
We will process data securely, apply and maintain appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. In the event of possible data security breaches. CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. has the obligation to notify the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data within 72 hours and the data subjects as soon as possible;

Users have the right to request, at any time during the storage period described in art. 1 hereof, the exercise of their data subject rights as provided in art. 2 of this policy and Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) by sending an email to office@cfl.ro.
9. Complaints/complaints/requests/requests and deadlines for response
Users whose data have been collected and or processed and for whose purposes they have given their consent, throughout the period for which these data have been collected, the data subjects – users may submit complaints / complaints / requests to CONTINENTAL FAST LINE S.R.L. by sending an email to office@cfl.ro. The response term for such complaints / complaints / requests is 30 (thirty) days from the date of their receipt and registration.
10. Amendments/additions to this policy
